Successful Equipment Installation and Training Trip to the Philippines: Strengthening Partnerships through Technology and Communication

After communicating with the customer, we arranged two engineers to go to the Philippines from July 17 to July 19, 2025 to install laser cutting machines and ribbon transfer machine and provide operation training to local employees. This experience has brought us a lot of benefits, including technical training and deep insights into cross-cultural communication.
After arriving at the customer's factory in the Philippines, the first task was to complete the installation and commissioning of the two machines. The laser cutting machine was installed on the first day. From the assembly of the machine to the installation of the software, the employees were very active in participating, and the engineers also patiently guided them. The optical path calibration of the laser cutting machine is a key link in the installation. In order to be familiar with this operation, the employees will also take the initiative to record videos for easy review. The ribbon transfer machine was installed on the second day. This was the first time the customer used this machine, so the engineers were particularly patient and carefully explained the installation process and operation details. The third day was mainly to check the operation of the machine and train the employees. Engineers provided group guidance for employees with different acceptance abilities until they could operate the machine independently. The client arranged a local specialty meal for the engineers. While tasting the food, the two sides talked about their respective work habits and industry development. The client was curious about the technological progress of China's manufacturing industry. When he saw the ribbon transfer machine produce brightly colored and beautifully patterned finished products, and the laser cutting machine's precise and efficient cutting effect, he praised the reliability of "Made in China".

This trip to the Philippines not only successfully completed the equipment installation and training tasks, but also made us understand that technol
